I got to spend last week in New York with these amazing people! Every few years, my agent Mela has an MB Artists party. Illustrators that she represents come from all of the country and the world to New York for a whirlwind week of meeting with art directors, editors, designers and team members at some of the country's biggest publishing houses. It was an amazing and intense week. I am so excited about the opportunities that came out of the trip, and grateful to be a part of this talented group of artists who were my family while I was out in New York.
